Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CF Studio, a native macOS app for managing Cloudflare KV namespaces and D1 databases. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

01License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use CF Studio on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, rent, or sublicense the app, or reverse-engineer it except to the extent the law expressly permits.

02Your Cloudflare account

CF Studio is a client for Cloudflare’s services. To use it, you must provide your own Cloudflare account and API token. You are responsible for:

03Acceptable use

You agree to use CF Studio only for lawful purposes and only against Cloudflare resources you are authorized to access. You will not use the app to access data without permission, to violate any law, or to disrupt Cloudflare’s services.

04Your data and your responsibility

CF Studio performs the actions you initiate against your Cloudflare resources. Some of these actions — such as editing or deleting rows, or running SQL statements — change or remove data and may be irreversible. You are solely responsible for the commands you run and their effects. We strongly recommend keeping your own backups of important data. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unintended change resulting from your use of the app.

05No affiliation with Cloudflare

CF Studio is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Cloudflare, Inc. “Cloudflare”, “Workers KV”, “D1”, and related marks are trademarks of Cloudflare, Inc., used here only to describe interoperability. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

06Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Cloudflare feature, account configuration, or future API change.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

08Purchases

CF Studio is a paid app: you buy it once through the Mac App Store, with no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Payment, download, and any refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms. We may change the price for future purchasers, but a price change never affects a copy you have already bought.

09Termination

These terms apply while you use the app. You may stop using it at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end the license if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and ownership — will survive.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised terms here. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
